GENERAL CONDITIONS OF ORDER
2.1 Ordering
All
verbal / e-mailed / faxed orders made by you through the Website
are subject to acceptance by us. We may choose not to accept your
order for any reason.
If
the goods you have ordered are not available from stock we will
contact you either by telephone or e-mail, where you will have the
option to:

wait until the goods are available from stock; or
* cancel your order

2.2
Description of Goods & Prices
After
we receive your order, we will confirm by email the details, description
and price for the items you have chosen. If these differ from the
details, description and/or price shown on the Web site and you
wish to cancel your order you may do so by contacting our Sales
Team.
All
details, descriptions and prices for the goods appearing on the
Site are correct at the time of press. We reserve the right to adjust
the price and specification of any item on the Site at our discretion.

Right to Withdraw Items
Dragon Cues reserves the right to withdraw any items from
the Site at any time without any prior notification. We will not
be liable to you or anyone else for withdrawing any items from the
Web site or refusing to process an order.

Payment & VAT
Goods
will not be dispatched until payment has been received. Please note
that all payments by cheque will be subject to at least a five-day
clearing period.
All
orders made on the Site indicate an invitation to treat. Orders
will only become accepted offers once payment has been processed.
The total cost of your order is the price of the goods plus + delivery
charges (if applicable) + VAT.
Payment
can be made by most major credit or debit cards and will be debited
from your account upon despatch of the goods to you.

You
confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is
yours. All credit/debit card-holders are subject to validation checks
and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card

or non-delivery and we are not obliged to inform you of the refusal.
We
are not responsible for your card issuer or bank charging you as
a result of our processing of your credit/debit card payment.

goods remain the property of Dragon Cues until completion of
payment.

Delivery & Risk
Goods
in stock will be dispatched as soon as possible.
Orders
will be sent to the delivery address that you
have specified when placing the order. We cannot be held responsible
if this delivery address is in any way incorrect. If you wish to
change the delivery address you may do so by contacting one of our
sales team.
We
will use our reasonable endeavors to ensure that the delivery time
is as short a possible but we cannot accept any liability for late
deliveries.
Deliveries
to mainland UK are by Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Deliveries outside the UK are by designated courier.
Once
the goods have been received by you, all risk of damage to, or loss
of, the goods shall pass to you.

Damaged or Faulty Goods
Claims for damaged or faulty goods must be made within 2 days
of receipt by contacting a member of our Sales Team, who will
explain details of how to return the product to us.
We
regret we cannot accept any returns that have not been
arranged with us beforehand.
Faults
caused by accident, neglect, misuse or everyday wear and tear are
not covered by this clause.
Upon
inspection we will replace the item or refund your credit/debit
card if we believe the goods are damaged or faulty. Return postage
costs will be reimbursed if a receipt of postage is included.
